Instructions for Registration and Abstract Submission:
Abstracts may be submitted in one of the official languages of the Congress: Portuguese, Spanish or English.
The presenting author must be registered in the Congress. If not, the work will not be included in the program or abstract book.
There is no limit for the number of oral or panel presentations by each author or co-author. However, the presenting author can only present one oral communication.
Confirmation of abstract submission will be sent automatically by email.
Registration and Payment:
Payment can be done by bank transfer or credit card.
The payment of the congress should be made until 10 days after registration.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration if the payment is not made on time.
The bank transfer fees for payment of registration must be supported by the participant.
Registration Cancellation Policy
The organization will refund 90% of registration fee until May 7 2012.
Between May 8 and June 1 you will be refunded in 50% of payment.
There will be no refund of cancellations made after June 2, 2012.
